This website and our store are operated by THAT ONE Prison Wife LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting thatoneprisonwife.com, signing up for updates, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies to your visit or order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order at any time, for example if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or suspected of being fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund for that order.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. A purchase is confirmed once we (through our checkout provider) confirm your payment.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The first collection is priced $150 for sizes XS–XL and $160 for sizes XXL–XXXL, plus a flat $14.99 shipping fee per order.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify. Your card details are handled by Shopify and are never seen or stored by us. Promotional offers — including launch discounts — are limited-time, may have eligibility limits, and may be changed or ended at any time.

We do not offer refunds or returns. Our collections are produced in limited quantities, so inventory is limited.

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us at thatoneprisonwife@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and order confirmation. If approved, we’ll arrange an exchange for the correct item, subject to availability, plus 15% off your next order as a courtesy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information is correct at checkout.

THAT ONE Prison Wife LLC is not responsible for incorrect sizes, items, quantities, or shipping addresses entered by the customer.

We offer a flat $14.99 shipping rate on all U.S. orders.

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to weekends, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, THAT ONE Prison Wife LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs after the package leaves our facility and is in the care of USPS.

Customers may file a claim directly with USPS for damaged packages, subject to USPS policies.

As a courtesy, we may offer a percentage off a future purchase for documented damage. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once a package has been delivered by USPS, THAT ONE Prison Wife LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim or locate your package.

We do our best to describe and photograph every piece accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and each garment is cut from its own batch of fabric, so small variations are normal.

Our size guide lists manufacturer measurements in inches. It is provided as a guide only — we cannot guarantee a particular fit, and we are not responsible for size choices made without checking the guide.

When you submit a review, photo, or other content to us, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it and that it does not violate anyone's rights. You also allow us to display it on our website and in our marketing.

We moderate all submissions before they appear and may refuse, remove, or shorten any content at our sole discretion.

When you join the launch list, you give us your email address so we can reach you about the collection and launch. You may ask us to remove you from our list at any time.

Please give us accurate information — especially for orders, where your confirmation and order number are what make an exchange possible.

The THAT ONE Prison Wife name, logo, photography, designs, and website content belong to THAT ONE Prison Wife LLC and may not be copied, resold, or reused without our written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from any order. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the state where our business is registered, unless the law of your state gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim where you live.
