Refunds / Exchanges / Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns. Our collections are produced in limited quantities, so inventory is limited. If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us at thatoneprisonwife@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and order confirmation. If approved, we’ll arrange an exchange for the correct item, subject to availability, plus 15% off your next order as a courtesy.

Shipping

Flat $14.99 shipping on all U.S. orders, generally delivered within 7–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to weekends, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged items

Damaged in transit? We are not responsible once the package is in the care of USPS — file a claim with them directly. As a courtesy, we may offer a percentage off a future purchase for documented damage — contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once USPS delivers, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
